David W. Kayne, Constable

I’ve been a Trumbull resident and homeowner for over 23 years, raising two boys and building lasting friendships through the Booth Hill PTA and Fathers Club. A former police officer who graduated first in my class at the Police Academy—alongside now–Assistant Chief Glenn Byrnes of the Trumbull Police Department—I later transitioned to serving the community as a local insurance agent. As a Justice of the Peace, I can perform weddings (and, if needed, serve the divorce papers too), bringing both professionalism and a sense of humor to my work.
